Most basic repairs, such as heel replacements or protective rubber soles, take 3 to 5 business days. Full leather or Vibram sole replacements typically take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on our current queue. If you have an urgent event, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Yes. While we specialize in fine leather and suede, we also work on synthetic shoes, nylon boots, sports shoes, climbing shoes, and heavy-duty canvas bags. We can resole, patch, and stitch many different non-leather materials.
As a general rule, if the upper leather of your shoes is in good shape and has molded comfortably to your feet, it is highly recommended to resole them. Quality heritage boots and Goodyear-welted dress shoes are designed specifically to be resoled multiple times, saving you money over time compared to buying cheap replacements.
